Somehow It’s Almost April Now

It is springtime in Boston and that means I’ve started sneezing on everything. The cat is offended.
I realized the other day that we’ve been living here for a little over six months now. It doesn’t feel like that long in some ways, but it also feels like a long time since we’ve lived in Minnesota, so. Time is weird.
So far, I like Boston. I like our place, and I like our neighborhood (especially the fact that we have a ton of great restaurants on our street). It was a bit of an ordeal to get moved in, but once that happened, things worked out all right. (Fun moving tip: Don’t move into an apartment on a busy road, in a college neighborhood, on September 1st.) I miss friends back where we used to live, of course, but on the whole I’m pleased with the move. Not having to be concerned with gas prices or car repairs is always a plus in my book.
